Master Wellness Volunteer Training

Step Up Scale Down

If you would like to start off 2018 by becoming a Healthier You, you might consider the Step Up, Scale Down program.  This twelve week program offers you an opportunity to learn to eat healthier and weekly weigh in sessions to help you keep track of your successes.  This is an online program so you can take the classes at your convenience each week and after participants have registered, we will set up locations and times for the weekly weigh ins.
