As with all the other changes this year, there will be a MAJOR modification to the 4-H Concession Stand at 2021 Texoma Exposition and Livestock Show. This year there will be no cooking in the concession stand. There will only be drinks, candy, and chips sold in the concession stand for T.E.L.S. Since there will only be packaged items, 4-H members and volunteers are not required to complete the food handler’s class this year. Each 3 hour time slot listed will need 2 to 4 family members starting Monday, March 1st to Friday, March 5th. NOTE: There are only 18 slots.
Please wait until Monday, February 8th at 9:00 am to begin registering.
All time slots are given on a first come first basis.
Normally, 4-H clubs from across the county would be signing up for a time slot, but this year there can only be a limited the amount of people coming in and out of the concession stand. The sign up form has been modified for FAMILY GROUPS only! The Grayson County 4-H Office will complete school absence letters for 4-H members that need them, but families will need to confirm with the school to ensure the absence is excused.
What is considered a “family group”?
A set of people who live in the same home with each other.
What will be required of helpers:
- We will take temperatures at the door.
- All helpers will need to complete a Covid19 form.
- Face coverings and gloves will be required of all helpers.
