4-H Concession Stand Signup for TELS

Please wait until Tuesday, January 20th, at 9:00 am to begin registering.
All time slots are given on a first-come – first serve basis.
It is now time for Grayson County 4-H clubs to sign up for a time slot at the Texoma Exposition and Livestock Show concession stand. The Grayson County 4-H Office will complete school absence letters for 4-H members who need them, but families will need to confirm with the school to ensure the absence is excused. All workers (including youth) must have their food handler card prior to working their shift: https://fullschedule.com
Schedule of Shift Selections
  • January 13th – January 19th – Open only to Hoppers and Friends 4-H – they can select up to 3 shifts of their choice
    • If they get me their choices before the 19th, I will open it up earlier for everyone else
  • January 20th – January 26th – All other 4-H clubs can select their first shift
  • January 27th – February 16th – 4-H clubs can select 2nd and 3rd shift options
Stipends for 4-H Clubs
  • First shift –  $100  (only applies to 5 clubs based on their sponsorship efforts with the Mini Golf Tournament)
  • Second shift – $125 (open to all clubs)
  • Third – shift – $150 (open to all clubs)

Monday, March 2nd

  • 7:30 am to 10:30 am
  • 10:30 am to 1:30 p.m. – Texoma Archery 4-H Club (Shift 1)/ Tioga 4-H Club (Shift 2)
  • 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Grayson County Hunting 4-H Club (Shift 1)
  • 4:30 p.m. to Close – Hoppers and Friends 4-H Club (Shift 1)
Tuesday, March 3rd
  • 7:30 am to 10:30 am –
  • 10:30 am to 1:30 p.m.
  • 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Tioga 4-H Club (Shift 1)
  • 4:30 p.m. to Close – 4-H Shotgun Sports of Grayson County (Shift 1)
Wednesday, March 4th
  • 7:30 am to 10:30 am – Grayson County 4-H Council Officer Team (and others welcome)
  • 10:30 am to 1:30 p.m. – Hoppers and Friends 4-H Club (Shift 2)
  • 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Whitesboro 4-H Club (Shift 1)
  • 4:30 p.m. to Close – Van Alstyne 4-H Club (Shift 1)
Thursday, March 5th
  • 7:30 am to 10:30 am – Paslay Family (Eagles 4-H)
  • 10:30 am to 1:30 p.m. – Paslay Family (Eagles 4-H)
  • 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Van Alstyne 4-H Club (Shift 2)

Friday, March 6th
