T.E.L.S. General Exhibits Information

Entries will be open for the General Exhibits Contest from 8 am on Monday, January 29th to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, February 19th.

Entry fee is $5 per item

Late entry form will be open starting at 8 am on Tues. February 20th and will close on Noon on Wed. Feb 21st.

An additional $10 per item will be charged for late entries.

General Exhibit Division entries will be accepted from students in 3rd to 12th grade, who participate in a QUALIFYING Grayson County 4-H, FFA, or FCCLA programs.

Qualifying Means – 4-H, FFA, or FCCLA programs where teachers and leaders assist in formulating and carrying out plans for the General Exhibits Division of the Texoma Exposition and Livestock Show. To qualify, a teacher or leader must:

  • attend planning meetings (two each year)
  • assist during the show as directed by planning committee

NOTE: Onsite delivery of actual entries will be completed by ONE designated person from each 4-H club or FFA/FCCLA chapter. The representative for each club/chapter will need to complete the Sign Up Genius form to confirm their drop off time in advance. Delivery times are on:

  • Monday, February 26th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 27th from 8:00 to 11:00 am

T.E.L.S. General Exhibits Committee has made the following modifications to the 2024 show:

  • No food or drink will be allowed in the Creative Arts Building
  • A limited number of spectators will be allowed in the Creative Arts Building during viewing times.
  • ONLY the club representative can pick up entries at the end of the show. Entry pick up will start AFTER the live auction on Thurs. February 29th. All entries must be collected by 8:30 p.m.
