General Exhibits Auction Invitation
Qualifying Means - 4-H, FFA, or FCCLA programs where teachers and leaders assist in formulating and carrying out plans for the General Exhibits Division of the Texoma Exposition and Livestock Show. To qualify, a teacher or leader must:
Grayson County 4-H, FFA, or FFCLA youth may use this form to complete their General Exhibit entries. No late or onsite entries allowed.
NOTE: Onsite delivery of actual entries will be completed by ONE designated person from each 4-H club or FFA/ FCCLA chapter. Delivery times are on:

Select the FCCLA/FFA Chapter which this participant would like to exhibit under. NOTE: If you do not see a specific program, then please contact your supervising teacher to see if the program is eligible.
GRADE DIVISIONSJunior Division: 3rd to 8th gradeSenior Division: 9th to 12th grade
Enter OFFICIAL school name of the public, charter, or private. If exhibitor is home-schooled, enter HOMESCHOOL.
Items or projects entered must have been made within the past year SOLELY by the exhibitor. Entry per item is $3.00.
All pictures must be presentation ready for hanging with a wire hanger or matted with durable cord and secured with hot glue. NO saw-toothed hangers, gummed hangers or tape allowed. Pictures must be secure in frames (NO GLASS ALLOWED).
All garments must be clean for exhibition. Garments must be free of rips and tears, in excellent wearing condition, and completely finished. Garments must be entered on hangers.
Items must be durable and sturdy enough for moving and hauling. Plastic models are not accepted because of lack of durability.
Food items must be exhibited with CLEAR plastic wrap or CLEAR disposable covers. NO colored plastic wrap allowed.
Food item must contain 12 normal size servings. No side items will be accepted with entry.
All recipes must have DETAILED ingredients and full instructions to be eligible for entry.
Entries requiring refrigeration are not allowed. Entries cannot contain fresh or perishable decor, Cool Whip, cheesecake, or whipped cream.
It is NOT recommended food items be consumed after the show.
All entries will be cut, tasted, and judged on taste, appearance and recipe difficulty. Canned foods will not be tasted, but judged on appearance.
Decorated cakes may be made from a cake mix, but they will be cut, tasted, and partially scored on taste.
If recipe calls for frosting, make sure to separate the ingredients from the main recipe.

All entries should be clean and finished for display.
All photographs must be the original work of the exhibitor. NO photographs from the Internet or of another photographer. All pictures must be presentation ready for hanging with PLASTIC HANGERS.
LIMIT OF 2 PHOTOS PER EXHIBITOR
Large items made from metal, wood, or a combination that cannot be classified in the Agriculture Mechanics Division. Must be the work of a single exhibitor. No group entries allowed.
